I love the quaintness of the Illinois Valley; I still stand in awe of our beautiful night sky, sparkling with stars and the prominent misty swath of the milky milk. I love the diversity of the people and eating establishments are plentiful. Cave Junction boasts great Mexican restaurant and good Chinese food, the wonderful famous Tailors Sausage restaurant, great pizza and burgers, and even a subway and of course a dairy Queen!

I have to agree with you, quite an amazing place. I especially enjoy the stars. In places that are too "commercialized" it's really difficult to see a good night of star-seeing. Quite a lovely thing to see. =)
