2 Bedroom 2 Bath 2nd Floor Condo. Newer Appliances and Carpet. Hurricane Accordian Shutters. Washer and Dryer in closet. Community Pool. Walk to Stores and Public transportation. Includes Cable up to Channel 72 and Water. Unit is close to office, so very quiet. Privately owned unit, but renters are screened for criminal and financials, but I ultimately decide what my standards are. So here is the scoop.. if you are a decent person with the means to pay your rent. It is ok if your credit is marred from the recent housing disaster. I will accept section 8 housing but only for appropriate people. I do check previous rental history. I don't normally allow pets and I definitely don't allow smoking. I do accept roommate style renting if two people need to share the expenses. However both names must be on the lease and pass background checks. Rent can be paid weekly/bi-monthly/monthly or in advance. Security is $600.00 If you stay and pay the rent on time for a full year, the 2nd year I will LOWER the rent down to $575 as a thank you for being a good tenant and making my life easier.
