Female Home

All female home currently occupied by 3, with one moving at the end of November. Room will be available December 1st. $500 non-refundable security deposit, as well as first months rent due upon moving in. Rent is paid month-to-month; no lease, but will need references and verification of employer. All utilities included, including cable, phone, internet, gas, elec, heat/hot water. House is very spacious and includes 3 bedrooms, a sunroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and pantry, 1 bathroom, and laundry room (in basement, storage too, if needed). Laundry is free. We are centrally located in Providence, being approx. 7 min. to DT Providence, 5 min. to Providence Place Mall, 5 min. to Highway (95 N/S), in walking distance to restaurants, grocery, hospital, PC and we live in a nice neighborhood with pretty good neighbors. Parking is included as well, if you don't drive, the bus stop is across the street (57 line). We are a Christian household, but social as well (no drinking or partying or anything like that), we love entertaining, having friends over, having game nights, etc. There is never any smoking or drinking and we will not allow it. No pets allowed.
We are looking for a single, social, outgoing, professional, and stable female, who will respect us as a household - hermit types need not apply.
