Brand new condo at Island Reserve- never lived in

Never lived in luxury condo at the new Island Reserve. It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, located right off the covered parking garage for quick access. Elevators to the large lagoon pool with rock waterfall and kiddie sprinker area. Overlooks beautiful courtyard with water fountains and foilage. Full gym, indoor basketball court, pool table room, and movie theater. Secure and gated and very quiet. Only one mile to ocean, although with these amenities one may not want to leave! All appliances stainless steel, washer/dryer, granite countertops, bamboo hardwood floors, 10 foot ceilings; this is a top resort currently on the cover of the Homes and Land magazine.
