2007 built home in quiet neighborhood!!!!

This house sits on almost one full acre. We added a full privacy fence for the backyard a little over a year ago. The garage has room for 2 full size vehilces and a mid-size car or lawn equipment. The house is all electric with working fireplace that has never been used. Huge Master Bedroom with walk through closet. The carpet in the house was replaced in December 2008 (only master bedroom carpet was not replaced. The house was repainted in January 2009.

We love this house however; are deciding to sell because we want more land that we can move our horses onto. Great community, very quiet and peaceful, almost like living out in the country.
