It comes with everything you need: a queen-size bed; 2 burner stovetop/sink/refrigerator unit; wall-mounted flatscreen color tv with basic cable (upgraded cable &/or internet access can be added & billed directly to you); dressers, table w/2 chairs; window a/c; ceiling fan; full bathroom w/ tub & shower & window. Elevator & coin operated washer/dryer in bldg. Street parking

Rules: Maximum of 2 adult tenants. No pets. No smoking anywhere in the studio or building.
