$500.00 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit is Required, and will be refunded within 10 business days after the condo has been inspected and found in good order.

12% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax (standard for all Florida rentals)
The rental fee includes use of the condo, electric, water, digital cable TV, unlimited local and long distance phone service (U.S. and Canada).
In order to reserve the unit the following is required:

1.) Signed Lease
2.) Payment of 50% including 7% Florida sales tax, 5% Pinellas county tourist tax, $100 cleaning/laundry fee and $500 security deposit 30 days prior to arrival.
