We frequently have cookouts, bonfires and get togethers, play games, watch movies and generally watch out for each other. On the property we have many fruit trees, apples, cherries, plums, hazelnuts and more, plus places to have a private picnic by the stream. In this time of the year gatherings revolve around making fresh apple cider & delicious blackberry pies. There are also several fire pits for use around the property, enjoy a bonfire under the starry sky... There is also an organic garden that needs some love.

The bedrooms are all good sized rooms. There is also a huge living room with an expansive picture window and a covered porch. There is a large formal dining area or den as well as a large eating nook of the kitchen. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are included.

Rent is $950 with a $950 deposit. Water & garbage service are included. Successful application requires full background check, criminal history and credit check. Indoor smoking & pets are not allowed. Satellite TV & high speed internet are available, as well as extra storage for boats, camper etc.
