Small but cozy. Stays heated very well which saves on utilities. Has central air and ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms. If renter has small child I will leave nice wooden swingset in back yard. It has small deck in back with nice privacy fenced in yard. Also willing to negotiate leaving entertainment center and tv with the right renter. Perfect for parent of elementary aged child. Located one street over from Sunnyside.
