Sublet nice 1 bed w/ hardwood floors, Oct 1-July 31, 2009

I need to sublet my roughly 630 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment.

I love this apartment, however due to a family problem I need to find a two bedroom. This apartment has lots of closet space, large rooms, hardwood and tile floors, nice solid wood kitchen cabinets and trim, newer stove and refrigerator, lots of windows, and is very well maintained. There is a storage space located in the basement for no extra charge and coin operated washer and drier on-site. Cats are okay (limit two) just an additional $10/cat/month, there is no additional security deposit for cats.

This apartment is in a 10 unit quiet building on the back-side of the first floor facing a wooded area. There are 4 bus routes with stops within a block walking distance and off street parking is included. It generally takes me about 20 minutes to get to the UW-campus using the metro system. Heat, water, sewer, and garbage are all included, just pay your own electric, phone and cable. My electric bill generally ran about $30 per month.

Like I said this is a truly great apartment and I really hate to give it up. Rent is only $600/ month and security deposit is a full months rent. I would like to have someone in by Oct 1st, 2008 and the lease runs till July 31st, 2009; unless both you and the landlord decided to renew.
