1992 Mobile Home For Sale

My wife and I are selling our mobile home. It is currently located in a park in Glenburn. It can be moved or you can leave it here. Pets are allowed (including dogs). Lot rent is $200 or $225 with a dog. It's about 10 minutes to bangor and about 20 minutes to Orono. Mobile homes are spread out in park, our lot is a lot more private that others - set back from road and great neighbors.

It's a 1992 Sterling 14 x 74 - white siding with black shutters
2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Previous owner changed master bathroom into a "nursery" - can be used as computer room or turned back into a bathroom (stand up shower still there).
Hardwood floors put in both bedrooms and computer room.
Bathroom has new vanity, toilet, and medicine cabinet. New flooring, also.
Fresh paint in every room.
Kitchen cabinets sanded and painted white, cabinets look brand new.
There is a brand new shed that will be sold with it, also.
