Victorian Restoration Project

Originally purchased 10 years ago, to restore and live in. Circumstances forced me to move, and I cannot afford both houses. It is partially renovated, but still has a long way to go.
It is next to the park and River, on high ground. Does NOT flood. The park has a fenced in area with live deer, that you can see from the house. Hospital, Clinic, and High School within 3 blocks.
It does have cable, and DSL internet hookups. Garage fits 2 cars, but only has one door. Shed with attic in fair condition.
Town is 30 miles from Fargo, and Grand Forks. In town we have, two 24 hour Convenience stores, 3 banks including Wells Fargo, 5 restaurants including Burger King (and soon Subway), 4 bars, Post Office, drug store, auto parts store, 2 mechanic garges, grocery store, courthouse, sherrif/police dept, & social services. Population: approx 3000.
Pay off on the mortgage is just under $80,000.00, so I cannot accept lower offers.
