The living rooms boosts a 42" flat screen TV with surround sound DVD System on cable and wireless internet connection, a couch and 2 recliners. The dining room seats six, with four barstools in the kitchen. This home offers all standard appliances including smooth top electric range, double door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, electric blender, coffee pot, toaster, mixer, iron & ironing board, clothes washer/dryer, serving dishes & utensils for eight, glasses, pots & pans, etc. All rooms feature ceiling fans.
