Our fabulous, corner situated, south/west facing, waterview mansion is situated amongst multi-million dollar homes in Port Royal, Naples on a quiet cul-de-sac, only a short 1 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico's beach. It has quick, direct water access with no bridges to the Gulf of Mexico and its own dock and fishing pier. From our dock to the open Gulf of Mexico waters is a 6 minute idle ride.

Our home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and extends to 2500 square feet with an additional 1000 square feet of outdoor living space. The gorgeous wooden dock is well lit and is ideal for sunbathing over the water, watching dolphins and fishing. The house has a two-car garage with power doors. Please note that this is our family's much-loved private home. We are not agents nor do we own any other US rental properties and our beautiful mansion is, most certainly, not a Florida rental unit.

In the patio area there is one large tables that seats 6 and a smaller lounge table that seats 5. The patio has one large stainless steel gourmet grill and two large wallmounted outdoor speakers for entertaining. Also, near the pool you will find three sun loungers and a sun umbrella. The dock has lounge chairs and always provides a great fishing catch.

The pool and spa can be heated by their own electric heat pump, have full, state of the art, wireless 'PDA' controls and romantic underwater lighting. In the dining room there is a 45 inch 1080p digital LCD TV with high definition cable (Comcast) service. The living room has a 73" 1080p DLP screen with a 5.1 audiophile grade sound system. There are a number of Florida wildlife and flora reference books and an ongoing library of novels. All bedrooms have free wireless and also wired broadband internet access available.
