Hi, I am looking for a young female professional to take over a one lease in a 3 br/2 bath apartment - ends 4/30/09. The 2 current roommates are twenty something professionals. The apartment is located 1 block east of Wrigleyfield close to Jewel, Whole Foods, bars on Clark and more. The utilities/cable are usually never more than $100/month.
