This newly remodeled "Tahoe Style" townhome is situated in a private
semi-gated community on the Championship Golf Course. Surrounded by
the beautiful Sierra outdoors with streams and alpine trees, it offers
the serenity for private away time while also being close enough to
downtown shops and restaurants. Lake Tahoe beaches, casinos and ski
resorts are less than 2 minutes away!

You will have full summer time access to the association owned
swimming pool and clubhouse. Guests will be given passes to the
private Lake Tahoe beaches and recreation center.

Incline Village and Lake Tahoe have much to offer the vacationer.
Whether you want to enjoy the miriad of hiking and biking trails, swim
in the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe, take your chances at any of the
casinos, ski or snowboard at any of the famous Tahoe Basin resorts, or
just take advantage of the quiet and laid back Tahoe lifestyle, this
townhome will be the perfect spot.

Rental rates vary depending on the length of your stay. Take advantage of the lower rates and reserve a longer trip! $200 per night, $1000 per week or $3000 per month.
